Zomerkamp in Albesti

During the period 12 to 20, June was in Albesti the second series of children camp. This series had 118 children. In the first day, we allotted the rooms and split the children in groups. We had a daily bible study with lessons from The Gospel according to John.

1. The wedding from Cana.
2. The health recovery of a royal servant.
3. The health recovery of the 38 years old paralytic.
4. Lord Jesus Christ in the Temple at 12 years old.
5. The cure of naturally blind men.

Each evening we had with the children fellowship in the yard of the camp. We read daily the Bible and we had prayer moments with them in their rooms. We made a trip to Pestera Dambovicioarei. The children were very happy to praise God in the nature. We organized games and contests like football, badminton, table tennis and volley. We are thankful to God for this camp. The weather was nice, sometimes hot. We were content for the sisters from the kitchen. The meal was tasty, enough for everyone. Being hot temperature the children got often sunstroke, so the nurse was busy. Besides the land camp has in the surroundings, it should be good to have a sport hall for different activities while the weather in rainy. In the last evening, we had a special program. The children got awards for the contests they won and prizes. On Sunday we all attended at the church services and we had a blessed time. We needed a lot of medicine during this series, and Br. L. Mamoc and V. Nichifor offered us their help each time we needed.
